Job Description

 Core Accountabilities:
* Work with factory partners to collect and analyze cost inputs as part of standard cost model., negotiate and standardize costs.
* Assist Cost Engineering Manager on creating a transparent and sustainable costing framework.
* Create and analyze reports or tools that identify cost exceptions and useful analytics.
* Partner with vendors and product creation teams to resolve costing challenges and improve product margins.
* Continuously improve costing tools, processes and reporting to evolve with business requirements.


Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
* Experience in apparel construction, production or embellishment is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good analytical skills and ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis to achieve target cost margin.
* deadlines on work assignments.
* Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Knowledge of sourcing & costing processes and events, from product concept to delivery is a plus.
* General Sewing Data (GSD) practitioner has added advantage.
