Job Description
Job Description;
- Preparing sale quotations, work orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Assisting in collecting payment from customers
- Answering and responding to phone calls
- Organising operational activities – vehicle in and out
- Coordinate with salesman and operations
- Tabulate monthly sales report
- Participating in meetings and take meeting minutes
- Serving walk-in customers
- Prepare vehicle inspection documentation for LTA and NEA inspection
- Administrative duties: data keying, filing of documents, photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents
- All other duties are required by the Company
