Nexia TS was founded in 1993 by two experienced chartered accountants – Henry Tan and Sitoh Yih Pin. After working as managers for one of the international accounting firms, they saw a vision and an opportunity to establish their own organisation – not any accounting firm – but one which is unique in their personalised and well qualified expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution and finalization of simple insolvency, forensic accounting and litigation support assignments
• Gathering information from books/records of clients and third parties
• Debtors' recovery and assets realisation
• Adjudication of creditors' claims
• Investigation of past transactions
• Assist with financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
• Adhoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Able to work independently and in a team, to manage project and meet project deadlines
• Strong business acumen and logical thinking and analytical skills
• Good written and spoken English and interpersonal skills
• Effectively bilingual
