New Quantum Holdings Pte Ltd – Operation Executive – Sales / Marketing Department

Position : Operation Executive - Sales / Marketing Department

Responsibilities 

i) Provide coordinating support to the Sales/Marketing Business section

ii) Handle order processing from purchase to process of customers’ orders &

       timely delivery (Quotation/Order confirmation/ Purchase order/ Sales Contract)

iii) Processing of import & export documents (invoice, bill of ladings, packing list,

    certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, insurance and etc.)

iv) Letter of credit (LC) issuance / negotiation via bank

v) Handle customers call-in sales enquiries

vi) To compile various report and costing computation for sales business.

vii) Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned

Requirements 

• Knowledge and experience on import and export documents / letter of credit
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
• Positive personality
• Possess positive attitude and being customer oriented
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A self-motivated team player who is able to interact with people at all levels

We operate 5-days work week (9.00am – 6.00pm). Competitive and attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.
