New Quantum Holdings Pte Ltd – Accounts Assistant

New Quantum Holdings Pte Ltd who running various business portfolios: International commodities trading and distribution, plastic finished products manufacturing and authentication technology for packaging and documents business. We are currently seeking for a highly motivated and independent:-

Accounts Assistant/Executive 

Responsibilities 

Provide coordinating support to the Sales/Marketing Business section.

Handle order processing from purchase to process of customers’ orders & timely delivery (Quotation/Order confirmation/ Logistics and invoicing)

Handle full sets account or partial account; maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.

Prepare various reports: Accounts & Finance report, Sales  report, analysis report etc.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

 Requirements 

1) Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Accountancy or related discipline with at least 2 - 3 years related working experience

2) Good communication skills

3 Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

4) Positive personality with a can-do attitude

5 )Fast learner and willing to grow with the company

6) Competent in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7) A self-motivated team player who is able to interact with people at all levels

We are located in Jurong East area and operate a 5-days work per week (9.00am – 6.00pm). Competitive and attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.
