Job Description

Responsibilities:

Will be involved in the daily execution of operational functions (Client Success, Administrative and Finance)
Assist in Client Success support, coordination, administration and follow-ups
Assist in sorting documents and paperwork, data entry, filing and archiving
Assist in billing/invoicing to customers and preparation of statement of account (SOA) and AR Aging report
Any other general duties assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE O Levels & above
Good written and verbal communication in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic Financial knowledge will be a plus but not necessary
Self-motivated, committed and a team player
Customer service-oriented and interpersonal skills
