Neonmello – Business Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service (replying to direct messages on social accounts, and emails)
• Assisting with operations, parcel processing and dispatch
• Assisting with product launches and retail stock-in
• Manage social accounts
• Assist with retail duties
• Any ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Fresh grads or Poly/Uni students (waiting for grad) are welcomed to apply
• Experience in retail sales/customer service/operations preferred
• Have a keen interest in the fashion world and would like to know the behind-the-scenes of a fast-fashion company
• Fluent in spoken and written english
• Self-motivated, responsible and customer-centric
• Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast pace working environment and under tight schedules
