As an IT, Compliance & Business Process Intern, you’ll support our technology and compliance teams in mapping, documenting and streamlining our end‑to‑end business workflows. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to financial‑services IT systems, regulatory‑reporting requirements and process‑improvement methodologies—all under the mentorship our Head of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & Documentation:
Chart current business flows (new business intake, KYC/AML, client reporting).
Produce clear process diagrams, SOPs and user guides.
Systems Support & Testing:
Assist with daily support tickets for our CRM, portfolio‑reporting and compliance‑monitoring platforms.
Execute user‑acceptance tests when rolling out system updates.
Compliance Monitoring:
Help populate and maintain our compliance‑check trackers (e.g. KYC refresh, AML screening).
Compile data for regulatory‑report submissions and internal audits.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Extract and analyse data from our systems to identify workflow bottlenecks or compliance gaps.
Present findings in concise slide decks for senior management.
Continuous Improvement:
Propose enhancements to automate routine tasks (e.g. macro scripts, simple workflow automations).
Work with IT and compliance to pilot small‑scale process improvements.
