Job Description
Looking for an intern to assist in general administrative tasks to
ensure smooth operation of small office team. An entry level role for gaining experience in the credit insurance industry.
Duties include:
- Answering of Phones
- Preparing Service guides
- Preparing client folders
- Preparing quote reports
- Research
- Filing
- Ordering office supplies
- Organisation of events
- Collecting and sending post
- Processing invoices
- Sending of cheques
- Providing general administrative work and support to the team as directed
