Our mandate is to offer designs that are contemporary and not so ‘run-of-the-mill’ as most. Leading edge collections like Timorous Beasties and Designs of the Time create interesting palettes such as bold prints and classic linens, whilst others like Decortex Firenze uses technology to innovate.
Based in Singapore, Bode offers highly personal service with a focus upon providing solutions to interior designers and retail clients. Founded in 2008 by Jenny Lewis, we are all about design, knowledge, service and integrity.
We are are managing a project to redesign and refresh our website - https://www.bode.com.sg - which will include adding an e-commerce component.
The design process is well underway and we require a confident and design-literate marketing intern to help manage the selection, organisation and preparation of content, copy and photography for the site to site launch.
You will be working alongside Bode's founder, Jenny Lewis, and her team in the Bode showroom @ Tan Boon Liat.
And will be liaising with our fabric and wallpaper designers from around the world, sourcing content and images, preparing images using the likes of Photoshop and Illustrator, and working directly with our web designer and web builder to manage development and completion of the new website over a six-week period.
We are also active in social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest with regular customer communications through an email programme and we would look to involve you in these aspects of our marketing as well.
Key skills required:
- bright, smart, with a real interest in design
- confident with project organisation & management to deadlines
- basic Photoshop/Illustrator experience
- keen eye for detail and good written English capability
