Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing duties
Provide friendly, professional customer service to walk-in shoppers
Support merchandising tasks: arranging displays, replenishing stock, and maintaining store image
Assist in executing in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns
Understand inventory management, assist in stock take
Monitor and record product sales performance
Learn and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience
Implement and execute intiatives to improve productivity, store layout and streamline current processes
Assist in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for future users
