TestMax Manufacturing Pte Ltd – R&D Intern

The Research and Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The intern supports R&D projects by assisting in the design, execution, and documentation of experiments related to new products, processes, or materials. Daily tasks include conducting research, performing tests, collecting and analyzing data, simulation using AI and preparing technical reports or presentations. The intern collaborates with R&D and production teams, helps maintain test equipment and safety standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers practical experience in applying scientific and engineering principles within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D) and general Research skills, with an interest in product and process innovation.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based conclusions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess practical Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of equipment, adherence to protocols, and accurate record-keeping.
• Candidates should ideally be pursuing or have completed a diploma or degree in electronic engineering,materials engineering , or a related technical field.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data analysis.
• Candidates with prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, materials science, or product development will be viewed favorably.
