Titan SmartTech Pte Ltd – Field Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential customers and conducting market research. 

• Support lead generation and maintain customer information in the CRM system. 

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and technical documentation. 

• Learn about the company's products and recommend suitable solutions under guidance. 

• Respond to basic customer enquiries and escalate technical issues when required. 

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product information and quotations. 

• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations and site visits with the sales team. 

• Build product knowledge and support technical sales activities. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. 

• Strong interest in technical sales, engineering solutions and business development. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Willing to learn and interact with customers. 

• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
