Temp Executive (Events & Marketing - 1-Year Contract | PT/Flexi Option Avail)


The Risk Management Institute (RMI) aims to be a world-class centre in risk management through research, education and training, and is striving to become a local, regional and global knowledge and research centre for risk management and related fields. 

In this newly created Temp Executive (Events & Marketing | 1-Year Contract) role with RMI, you will be supporting the team's end-to-end events and marketing efforts. 

Job-scope includes:

  • Assisting in end-to-end events management for workshops, seminars and other programs. 
  • Assisting with marketing events and tracking and follow-up of registrations.
  • Managing email supports during events.
  • Drafting communications materials and collaterals.
  • Liasing with speakers, vendors and other parties involved in events.
  • Supporting procurement of goods/services and processing payments.
  • Providing administrative support to various teams on ad hoc basis.

 

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome, as training will be provided
