To support the academic administrative function of the BSc (Nursing) degree programme.

Job Description

• Handle data preparation for module registration and timetabling
• Plan tutorial and lab class grouping and prepare attendance list
• Assist with assessment and examination processes
• Establish and maintain student files and monitoring student records
• Provide general administrative assistance during admission interview, events and other ad-hoc duties 

Qualifications

• Diploma holder
• Preferably 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and IT-savvy
• Meticulous, responsive and adaptive to changes
• Able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Good oral and written communication skills
