Job Description

We're hiring a contract staff for our ongoing project with the below details:


  • Assist in producing e-learning materials in interactive PPT format. Templates and content will be provided
  • Assist to input content and graphics into required templates; assist to ensure interactivity in PPT (e.g., create internal slide links, sync audio and on-screen animations, ensure object interactions are clickable)
  • QA final product and implement requested changes
  • Any other ad-hoc QA/tasks required for the project or other e-learning related projects

 Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only!
  • Proficient in PPT, including formatting, interactions, links, animations (brief training will be provided)
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work quickly in fast paced environment
  • Detailed and meticulous to ensure content is transferred fully and accurately, animations, links, formatting are inserted correctly
  • Able to use own judgement to ensure content insertion fits into provided templates and flows cleanly
  • Some knowledge of security-related topics is preferred, but not mandatory (e.g., cybersecurity, internal security processes)

Additional Info:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday) from 9am – 6pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
  • Work location: Strictly office-based at Sim Lim Tower. NO remote work is allowed
  • Work duration: from 1 Sep – 30 Nov with possible extension until 31 Dec 2022
  • Salary: $450/week
  • Payment cycle: end of the month
