IT Engineer - Level 1
Job Scope
- Liaise with Admin and Customer end users to schedule deployments of computers
- Deploy Existing/New Computers to users (interaction with end users)
- Migrate Data / Applications for users
- Data wipe for old computers
- Record Pictures/Documentations of work done/completed
- Basic troubleshooting of computers (onsite/answer calls/emails)
- performing helpdesk support
- May be stationed as a dedicated support engineer in customer company
- Reporting to team lead and admin
- Maintain security and confidentiality of company information
- Develop strong working relationships with management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations
Job Location: Central
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary Range: $2100 to $2500 depending on experience

Requirements: Diploma or ITE certs with basic general IT knowledge
