Job Description

The HR Intern will partner with members of the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments, supporting various initiatives related to Talent Management strategy and the development of our employees in the Asia Pacific region.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Implement Employee Development activities for APAC – in close collaboration with our HR Business Partners, regional HR team as well as Business Managers.
  • Support our employee engagement by developing initiatives and bringing new ideas to increase participation, especially in the area of Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Work with HR vendors and members of the HR team to roll out employee engagement and talent development programs, which include gathering of requirements, implementation and tracking of projects timeline and deliverables.
  • Develop well-crafted communication materials for internal stakeholders, to promote awareness, participation and quality of our talent development programs
  • Perform data analysis and reporting.
