We at the HR Team focuses on activities to ensure that our Cafe teammates are able to bring their best to the Cafe in a supportive and uplifting environment. What you can expect to learn:
- Recruitment and acquisition of new talents into our evergrowing team
- Obtaining job analysis and information from the respective hiring managers
- Drafting and creating job postings to attract potential applicants
- Sourcing and interviewing of candidates
- Partnering with the HR Director on determining suitability and fit of potential applicants into our Enchanted Cafe Team
- Onboarding processes for incoming staffs & offboarding processes for leaving staffs
- Drafting of Contracts and Letter of Appointments
- Compliance laws according to MOM employment practices to ensure smooth operations and employment for all
- Preparation and dissemination of Employee News & Updates
- Application for Government-Paid Claims (NS Make-Up Pay, Childcare Leave)
- Management on Employees Workmen Compensation and Insurance Claims
- Strategise suitable staff welfare plans
- Utilise our HR Information System to handle various aspects not limited to Attendance, Claims, Payroll and Staff P-Files Management
Who we are looking for:
- You have strong communication and effective listening skills to understand one another
- You wish to build a brand by strengthening the relationship and synergy of our team members
- You love the opportunities to learn new things, and introduce new ideas in anything by sharing your well-thought opinions! Our HR team loves openness and introduction to fresh ideas as we constantly strive to improve and upgrade ourselves, and our Brand
- You have a sharp eye for detail, and is not afraid to take on challenges within our team
- You are currently studying a Human Resource-related course, or possess a Human Resource-related educational certificate (Polytechnic/University undergraduates/graduates are welcome!)
- If you are able to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months, it will be a huge advantage
