eCommerce Customer Service Executive (Intern / Full Time Welcome)
We're looking for either intern or full time customer service to join our ecommerce team.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service (Shopee, Lazada, Carousell)
Answer product enquiries (Eg: Expiry dates, product dimensions, restock timings, delivery timings, etc.)
Remedy order issues (Eg: Damaged, missing, wrong products, etc. and negotiate refunds/returns/1-to-1 exchanges)
Create orders (Carousell only)
Handle company phone for customer enquiries
Liaise with e-commerce team colleagues in certain situations (Ability to communicate in Mandarin in necessary)
Remedy Orders with Out-of-Stock Products
Utilize Shopee chat to contact Shopee customers, WhatsApp for Lazada customers, in order to liaise with customers regarding out-of-stock products in orders (For printed waybills)
Utilize Shopee chat to contact customers, WhatsApp for Lazada customers— and change products in customers’ orders in BigSeller (For non-printed orders in BigSeller Out of Stock section)
Liaise with warehouse in-charge (Ability to communicate in Mandarin is necessary)
Shopee Ratings and Reviews Responses/Create Chat Broadcasts
Respond to negative ratings and reviews on Shopee
Create Shopee chat broadcasts to draw customers’ attention
Manage Lazada Content
Migrate Shopee product listings to Lazada
Change Lazada prices to match Shopee’s prices
Handle Ad Hoc Assigned Tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder. Fresh graduate from University are welcome to apply.
- Good team player.
- Ability to execute according to timelines, standards and budget, meticulous with an eye for details.
- Enthusiastic, independent, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to speak and read mandarin
