Marketing Intern with Full Time Conversion
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- It’s a full-time internship that needs 40 hours in the office per week and at least 5-6 months of commitment.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web) as well as monitoring social media campaigns and social postings
- Rebranding of the entire website and writing content that displays the company’s vision and purpose
- Creating content for the company’s blog and social media pages
- Proposing photo angles for social media in accordance with the company’s style guide
- Attending video shoots to take behind-the-scenes photos and/or videos
- Editing of photos and/or videos for posting on social media
- Designing of Marketing collateral
- Developing and researching marketing articles
- Other marketing opportunities and partnership lookouts
- Assisting in writing content for blog posts
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Creating and editing content for current customers.
- Support sales team to general leads through research and cold emails (cold calling where necessary)
REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of different marketing techniques that could be implemented for a boutique software design company like Hipster Pte Ltd.
- Send out introductory cold emails to prospective clients to enquire about IT support we can offer.
- Excellent in Storytelling in business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google docs and Google spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Selling computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
- Basic Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is preferred.
- Current enrollment in a related diploma or bachelor degree in a recognized university, preferably in Information Systems / Computer Science related majors
- Comfortable selling to, influencing, and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives.
- Able to solve problems and manage ambiguity by use of common sense and basic business acumen.
- Ability to work in an independent, fast-paced, startup environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
