• Manage the day-to-day running of the various e-commerce platform including customer service reply to shoppers, manage return and refund;
• Manage the product updates and product listing on various e-commerce platforms;
• Manage and update the inventory on internal stock master file and multiple platforms;
• Assist in weekly report and contributing to strategy decisions.
• Assist in conducting market research, analyse data and reports to give recommendations and improvements.
