We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Department. You will be working closely within the Marketing Team to support various campaigns, while learning about different marketing operations. If you are a team player and have a passion to learn and experience different aspects of marketing, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns / promotions to meet KPIs.
- Branding, promotion and creating awareness to potential and existing customers.
- Support with creating content and creative briefs for marketing collateral such as EDMs, DMs, Website banners, landing pages, advertisements.
- Support on data checks and regular reports in line with marketing activities, to monitor results, check effectiveness and for continuous improvement.
- Update and maintain accuracy of Company Customer database and promote effective CRM activities.
- Foster good working relationships with internal stakeholders and other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Follow up calls with customers and surveys as required.
- Liaise with external vendors / agencies as required.
- Support any other related and ad hoc marketing projects / events as required.
- Support SEM / SEO / social media platform activities as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing / Business analytics discipline.
- Competent in MS office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable with numbers, data, supporting with regular reports.
- Self-starter, able to work independently.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking to meet timelines.
- Creative and have a passion for copywriting.
- Attention to details.
- Good project management and organization skills.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digital marketing and social media experience is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
