Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse existing student management systems and workflows
• Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in designing relational database structures (tables, relationships, normalization)
• Support development of a web-based system (forms, dashboards, reporting features)
• Perform data cleaning, migration, and validation
• Conduct system testing and identify bugs or improvements
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Provide support during system deployment and staff training
