Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops and activations.
* Support day-to-day event operations, including logistics, registration and on-site coordination.
* Conduct venue souring, price comparison and vendor evaluation to support event planning.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers and parents to ensure smooth event delivery.
* Maintain and update event databases, schedules and reports.
* Assist in sourcing event materials, props and merchandise.
* Support post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, sales) to align event objectives.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks to support the events team.
