LiveMakers SG creates interactive, live-station experiences that turn events into unforgettable memories. Location: Islandwide / Varies by event

Shift Duration: Varies by event (typically 2–3 hours per event)

Days Required: Varies by event (typically weekends)

Pay: $12 to $15 per hour

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and presentable Event Assistants to join our team running interactive Live Stations for weddings, birthday parties, and corporate events! If you love working in vibrant event settings, meeting new people, and helping guests capture fun memories, this role is for you. Great fit for students looking for flexible shifts.

Job Scope

• Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests, answer basic inquiries, and guide them on how to participate and collect their magnets.
• Live Event Operations: Rapidly select, touch up, and print customized keepsakes for guests on-site during the event.

Requirements

• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages.
• Neat, well-groomed, and professional presentation.
• Basic digital savvy and quick hands to handle simple photo editing software (Canva). Training is provided.
• Punctual, responsible, and capable of working in fast-paced event environments.
