Job Description
  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support (onsite and remote) to end-users on hardware and software-related issues

  • Assist end-users by answering to calls, emails and chats regarding technical issues

  • Manage IT support tickets, plan and prioritise systematically and minimise backlogs as well as escalate the incidents when necessary

  • Update and maintain documentation such as administration and user guides

  • Maintain IT assets and inventory

  • Track and report assigned tasks completion and meeting SLA targets

  • Participate in IT projects and handle any IT ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-year hands-on experience in similar role is an advantage

  • Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure, server & network setup and troubleshooting hardware/software installation

  • Basic understanding of networking technologies (routers, switches, TCP/IP)

  • Experience with different platform technologies (Windows, MacOS, Linux)

  • Able to communicate effectively with team member, customers & vendors

  • Able to take challenges, work independently or as a team, and be self-driven to learn new technologies

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility in responding to unexpected demands

  • Fresh graduate may apply
