Griffin HR Consultancy – Business Development Executive

Griffin HR Consultancy provides 360° services which includes headhunting, executive search, permanent placement, contract placement and casual labor placements as well as providing HR and payroll services for all industries in Singapore. 

Business Development Executive | Up to $4.2k Basic + Transportation Allowances + Hp Allowances + Comms + Incentives

 Location: Office located at North West
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Salary: $3,000 – $4,200 (Basic) + Commission + Incentives
Vehicle Required: Car/Motorcycle (or willing to obtain within 2 months)

Job Scope:

- Drive new sales in construction/related sectors

- Build strong client relationships

- Meet monthly & annual targets

- Identify new leads & track site progress

- Liaise with internal teams & stakeholders

- Ensure timely follow-ups & payment collection

- Work with developers, consultants & contractors

Requirements:

- Min. 3 years B2B sales (construction-related preferred)

- Confident, self-driven “hunter” mindset

- Strong communication & relationship skills

- Independent and proactive

- Hands-on project sales experience is a plus

- Must own or be willing to obtain vehicle

Benefits & Allowances:
Own Car: $600 transport + $600 petrol + $120 mobile
Motorcycle: $250 transport + $300 petrol + $120 mobile
No Vehicle: $250 transport + $120 mobile
