Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks such as A/P, A/R, G/L, and assist in managing the full set of accounts for daily operations and month-end closing.
• Support the preparation and reconciliation of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial Reports and balance sheet schedules.
• Follow internal controls and processes set by HQ to ensure smooth business operations.
• Review documents and record revenue, expenses, liabilities, payment schedules, and assist with cash flow management.
• Assist in preparing assigned internal reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive, self-motivated, and logical approach.
• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with SAP ByD or similar accounting software.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, ethical, and quick to learn.
• Able to work effectively as a team player and independently.
