Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Office Intern to support daily office administration and employee engagement activities within a corporate banking environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to office operations, event coordination, employee support services, and administrative functions while providing opportunities to interact with various stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Assist in managing staff passes, office supplies, including stationery, pantry inventory, and other office equipment and consumables.
  • Maintain and update attendance records and support staff claims processing.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, staff events and wellness initiatives.
  • Support event logistics, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, vendor management, communications and event setup.
  • Prepare event materials, feedback surveys, and post-event documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events and activities. 
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a keen interest in office administration and event coordination.
  • 'A' Level students are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates who are able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months from Sept 2026 will be preferred.
