Mind Connect Consulting Pte. Ltd. – Telemarketer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketer to generate appointments either by cold calling to companies. Leads will be provided to the individual. You will be responsible for fixing appointments for the sale person.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities

• Cold call companies using a given leads to see if they will keen with various services for their company
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about services features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately for the sale person
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication skill
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection

Basic + Commission. Mon to Fri Work. Training will be provided to the right candidate. High closure rate & a friendly work environment!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
