Project Executive
As a Senior Project Executive, you will support, organize and motivate cross-functional product teams to hit targets and deliver high-quality products and performances. You will play a critical role in ensuring that a project’s organization and timeline are successful and within budget.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Assist Project Manager in developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring project feasibility
- Help coordinate and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Assist in developing detailed project plans to track progress and ensure smooth execution
- Help prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Build, maintain and constantly improve the relationship and collaboration with external vendors or internal partners
- Organize reviews, create feedback process, and create checklist/tools to make the process efficient
- Provide accurate visibility to the leadership group and highlight progresses, risks and blockers for your team or for the mandate
- Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate production routines: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospective
- Collaborate efficiently with various level seniority stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification
- Min 1 year’s experience ideally in an IT project industry
- Good Project Management Skills, knowledge of Agile & Waterfall Methodologies are a plus
- Broad understanding of manufacturing processes — sampling, prototyping, designing will be helpful
- Ability to analyze risks and be proactive in developing contingency plans
- Resilient and agile, able to quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
