Mediaplus Digital Pte Ltd – Project Management Intern (Web Development)

As the Project Manager in Mediaplus Digital, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from ideation through to completion.

On a day to day basis, you will be the at the forefront of project recognition, followed by task dissemination and briefing of the relevant team members of the work at hand.

You will be managing multiple project parts simultaneously while interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. An ideal project management intern should help to coordinate the agency’s people and resources to achieve an efficient project completion.

In essence, you are the glue that will hold our talented team together.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will assist us in the following project management tasks:

• Work with Project Managers/Web Team to understand project milestones, and timelines in order to manage resources for various projects simultaneously throughout each project’s lifecycle
• Arbitrate resource or task conflicts and create systems to minimize conflicts
• Manage client expectations, demonstrating mock-up/live websites and acting on the clients’ feedback
• Briefing all team members to ensure that all requirements and project deliverables are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
• Actively tracking the progress of tasks within the project to ensure the meeting of all deadlines.
• Communicate project statuses to both team members and clients on a regular basis
• Prepare project documentation: Milestone Chart, Simple System Design, Change Requests
• Planning for and carrying out risk mitigation

• An orderly and meticulous individual who constantly updates projects statuses, delegates tasks and checks on the statuses of these tasks
• Cool under pressure, capable of handling the pressure of tight deadlines or resource constraints
• Logical and a problem solver, never overreacting to problems but instead devising the most efficient methods to tackle them
• A flexible individual who can think of out of the box solutions to overcome project obstacles
