Job Description
  • The intern will be deployed to our Front Office / Guest Services department under our Hospitality Services Division.
  • The intern will have hands-on experience on our hotel Property Management System to aid in checking-in and checking-out of guests.
  • The intern will be trained on the property's standard operating procedures, current products, services, promotion of local events, activities and operating hours of our establishment.
  • The intern will also learn to present pricing options to meet guests' request using suggestive selling techniques to promote other services of our property when appropriate.
  • The intern will handle all incoming calls from internal or external parties to address the needs of our guests.
