As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our executive staff and will work on real projects that will help us grow whether you are executing a physical or online event. Someone who is obsessed with events, social media and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with people, online communities and building relationships.
What You Will Learn:
- A commercial approach towards arts and business management
- Growth in cultural awareness, events and entertainment knowledge
- Customer service and client management skills
- How to manage time-sensitive assignments, projects and clients
- Learn to manage a wide range of clientele (up to C-level clients)
- One-to-one mentorship with our business development manager and other team leaders in handling quotations and administrative matters.
- Softskills that will never be taught in the classroom
1.Coordinating events on-site or virtually
2.Provide administrative and operational support
3.Generate ideas and/or carry out event promotion/marketing activity
4.Apply communication skills to perform workplace tasks
5.Handle customer enquiries and requests
6.Produce business documents using softwares
7.Build relationship with customers and manage customer needs and expectation
8.Other adhoc duties when required
