SPECTRUM is a company that provides coworking spaces for businesses in Singapore. We offer private offices, event venues, and other resources to help businesses grow.  We emphasise creating a collaborative and innovative work environment where businesses can connect with each other and industry experts.

We are looking for an energetic and driven Events Intern to contribute to our dynamic team, focusing on events for SPECTRUM.

As an Events Intern, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our team with various tasks, with a particular emphasis on event coordination and engagement. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen interest in events management and possess a strong desire to gain valuable experience in this domain.

Responsibilities:

- Provide operational and logistical support for event activations.

- Assist in the initial follow-up process for event inquiries.

- Execute various administrative tasks, including maintaining an organised digital filing system on Sharepoint, managing email lists, and ensuring the tidiness of relevant event files and booking systems.

- Gather data to support sales outreach efforts.

- Contribute to event planning, production, and execution strategies.

- Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma in a Hospitality-related field such as Events, F&B, Customer Service, Hotel/Frontline, Sales, or related disciplines.

- Demonstrated strong organisational skills and effective time management, adept at efficiently prioritising tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with additional experience in Canva being advantageous.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Meticulous attention to detail along with the capability to work independently.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
