Job Description

Role Overview

This internship focuses on events, partnerships and community marketing. The intern will coordinate events, support strategic partnerships, manage marketing operations and assist community engagement initiatives. This role does not include photography, videography, editing or creative production.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Support workshops, launches and masterclasses
  • Support community events
  • Coordinate registrations
  • Prepare event materials and logistics
  • Assist with on-site operations

Partnerships

  • Research potential partners
  • Maintain partnership trackers
  • Coordinate partnership meetings
  • Support activation planning
  • Prepare partnership reports

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain internal trackers and status reports for ongoing initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and internal updates
  • Coordinate approvals for event and partnership materials
  • Support day-to-day administration for the Events & Partnerships function

Community Engagement

  • Support ambassador programmes
  • Support KOL activations
  • Coordinate member engagement
  • Prepare post-event communications
  • Compile reports

Requirements

Month 1 (Learn)

• Event workflows and logistics • Partnership meeting processes • MORROW's events and partnerships ecosystem • Able to support event and partnership activities under guidance.

Month 2 (Coordinate)

 • Selected events • Partnership activations • Post-event and partnership reporting • Able to independently coordinate selected events and partnership activities.

Month 3 (Lead)

• Operational coordination for selected events • Event summary presentations • Improvement recommendations • Operate similarly to a junior Marketing Executive specialising in Events & Partnerships.
