Job Description

As our Events Intern, you will play an important role in assisting our team with various tasks, with a particular emphasis on event coordination and operations. 

Responsibilites

  • Manage and plan event logistics and operations
  • Events set up and tear down
  • Events facilitation and client servicing
  • Assist in basic graphic design on Canva/Photoshop
  • Maintenance of equipment and logistics
  • General admin & housekeeping duties

Requirements

  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Commitment period of 3 - 6 months
  • Prior experience in the events industry, graphic design and photography skills are a bonus
  • Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills

Working Days & Hours

  • Flexible work week including weekends and public holidays
  • Remote work on non-operational event days
