Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for company software and systems

• Troubleshoot issues during deployment and system downtime

• Work closely with internal teams on project implementation

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Proficiency in English; Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Positive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking

• Experience in on-site support, software implementation, database or programming is an advantage
