Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Basic knowledge of vessel stowage to achieve maximum utilization, optimum sailing condition for vessels,and optimum productivity for loading and discharging ports.
  • Calculate slot/space requirements for capacity management in Asia region.
  • Manage slot sharing with partners.
  • Manage vessels’ schedule and maintain KPI.
  • Manage daily vessel operations.
  • Management reporting and support to headquarters.

 

Candidate Requirement

  • Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Maritime Transportation or Nautical Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in container shipping industry.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of CASP is essential but not necessary.
  • Believe in team-driven culture.
  • The ability to speak various languages is also welcome.
