Established in 2011, Matt’s Education is an enrichment centre in the West region specialising in English, Maths and Science classes. Over the years, we have always been steadfast in our belief that the enjoyment of childhood and pursuit of academic success can be in the same melting pot. Our personal and unconventional approach to tuition has seen us featured in local dailies such as The Straits Times, CNA and Lianhe Zaobao. Currently, we have two outlets - Jurong West and Clementi.
Full-time Teacher and Curriculum Specialist (English) at Enrichment Centre
Job scope
• Undertake group tuition classes (English and Maths/Science) at the primary and secondary levels
• Work closely with the founders to develop the curriculum at Matt’s Education
• Work closely with the team on pitching and undertaking enrichment programmes at schools
Job requirements
• Have at least a bachelor’s degree
• Strong command of the English language
• Able to teach English as a main subject at the primary and secondary level. (Ability to teach a second subject will be a bonus)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior teaching experience would lend favourable consideration
• Have the patience, passion and willingness to guide and mentor the younger generation
• Comfortable with conducting lessons in the classroom
• Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend on a permanent basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
