Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Mergers and Acquisition efforts with the portfolio company
• Plan and Implement merger integration strategies
• Implement operational improvement strategies across the portfolio business together
• Review business plans and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
• Research market trends and dynamics

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Business
• Previous work experience ideally in finance, start-ups or consulting
• Strong analytical abilities and keen interest in technology, business and entrepreneurship
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude, team player, open-minded

Period of Engagement:

• Minimum 6 months, Full time applicants only
