Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & BD Lead with a can-do attitude, ready to take new challenges and loves engaging with people. You will be managing a crucial part of Mantheos’ growth strategy which will include B2B client engagement in sales and expansion initiatives into new markets on the business development side.

We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another.

Your job scope & responsibilities will be:

  • Locates or proposes business deals by reaching out to potential partners.
  • Serves as key account manager and carry out the customer sales life cycle from onboarding, closing and after sales-support.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Manage after sales-support by expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales effort with the marketing department.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Skills & characteristics that we are looking for:

  • With more than 2 years working experience in Sales preferably gained in the Tech/Software industry and in a business development, sales management or similar capacity.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Possess stakeholder and Negotiation management skills
  • Understanding and inclination towards technology products which will be helpful with Mantheos’ business nature.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
