Job Description

Role Highlights

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.HR Intern responsibilities in digitalizing HR records include updating our employee information to HR system. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME) Regional office approaches payroll, employee engagement & development and execution of global HR initiative and programs, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases with employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Digitalizing HR records and updating information to HRIS system.
  • Review and assist in updating the HR policies and procedures.
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats
  • Participate in organizing HR team activities.
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Profile and Experience

  • Pursuing Degree in business, human resource management, psychology or any other related field
  • First practical experience advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Exceptional in English written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail correspondence
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Rigorous, energetic, detailed oriented and drive to impact.
  • Basic knowledge of local labour legislation.
  • Able to commit minimum three to fours (3 / 4 ) months.
