Maison Miaja is Singapore’s newest and most exclusive venue for all types of chic and exciting events.
Housed in the APS Lifestyle Building, the two beautifully designed spaces consist of the modern minimalist setting of the 'Salon Jean Nouvel' on the 2nd floor and the luxurious European style 'Salon Louis XVI' on the 4th floor.
The spaces are interior design creations by Maison Miaja founder and award-winning interior designer Isabelle Miaja.
Both 4000 sq ft. spaces are located at walking distance from Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay, in River Valley, Singapore.
Job Scope:
- Involve in all stages of event venue rental managment:
o Assist in enquiries and site visit
o Assist in market research and lead gneration
o Onsite Facilitation, Execution and Operations
- Involved in assisting and coordinating all stages of events management:
o Pre- Event Conceptualizing, Planning, Coordinating
o Onsite Facilitation, Execution and Operations
o Post Event Reports
- Manage multiple project tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Coordinating logistics, resources, and suppliers for events.
- Involved in Setup and Dismantling of Event
- Basic Administrative Management Duties
Requirements:
•Able to work independently and as a team player.
•Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•Able to work late and on weekends when required, subjected to event schedule. 5 working days a week.
•Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, Flexible, initiative, meticulous, efficient and responsible.
•Great learning attitude
