Creta Class – Event Ambassador

Creta Class is the leading AI-enabled math learning app for ages 3-8, created by a team of experts in education, psychology, and cognitive development. Our interactive courses help kids explore the wonders of math while having a lot of fun!

Duration: Late November - End of December

Working Hours: Weekends Only (Saturdays and Sundays) 9am - 8pm (Incl. 1hr break)

Location: Sands Expo & Convention 

Hourly Rate: $12/hour with an attractive commission structure

Responsibilities:

• Promote and showcase our educational product to parents, highlighting its benefits and unique features.
• Engage and interact with children through fun and hands-on activities related to our product.
• Assist in managing booth activities, ensuring a smooth flow and positive experience for all visitors.
• Support event setup and teardown on event days.
• Address queries from parents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organised booth environment throughout the event

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Junior College (JC) or Diploma and above.
• Must be 18 years old and above.
• Fluent in English; a second language (Chinese, Malay, or Tamil) is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable personality, with a natural affinity for engaging with children.
• Prior experience in customer service, events, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Ability to commit to weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays) throughout the event duration.
