Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, objectives, and expectations.
• Assist with event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate with the various stakeholders to ensure seamless flow
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events.
• Support marketing and business pitch initiatives
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good project management skills.
• Organised and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
