Job Description
Human Resource Internship (6 Month)
- Supporting and maintaining a seamless interview process to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Prepare Job advertisements/descriptions and craft profiles for our General Managers (both internal and external candidates)
- Support a high volume/high-quality pipelines of candidates across SEAK
- Coordination with vendors/suppliers
- Maintenance of central document and tool depositories
- Creating PowerPoint Presentations, preparing and presenting HR related documents to key stakeholders
- Support the annual HR function learning event for SEAK
- Taking of meeting minutes and any other ad-hoc support for the team
Education: Undergraduate in Human Resources or Hospitality
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, collaboration and problem solving
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise
- Comprehensive understanding of using Excel and analysing data
- Adaptable working style
