Job Description

• To maintain and handle entries, edit and removal of digital contents in the online platforms. such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, and etc.
• Product Listings management on all channels, include the content, product main photos and product copywriting. Make sure the product listing quality is consistent across all channels.
• Inventory management for in house and across all sales channels
• Coordinate and ensuring the digital content is up to date according to business plan.
• Accountable for all E-commerce engagements and activities.
• Responsible for online store management to boost sales, including marketing planning, product management, promotion, sales, after-sales service and other operations.
• Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms like Website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Monitors daily sales and tracks progress. Output monthly sales and operation report. Find out the business growth chances.

Job Requirements

• Singaporean citizen and PRs only.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and strong communication skills both in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associate).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop skill preferred. 
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Familiar and willing to learn E-commerce marketplace operation
• Training will be provided
