Training & mentorship
We provide technical trainings such as photoshop, autocad, studiomax etc, proper social media applications & interactions. Interns will also be able to explore simple free-hand sketching.
During their time here, Interns are will be mentored to expand their creativity and out-of-the box thinking.
We also coach life skills such as customer service & appreciation, effective sales techiques, ethical sales techniques.
Time management, project management, project/time scheduling, handling stress and tight deadlines will also be introduced to them, preparing them for the cruel world that lies in front of them.

HR Executive responsilibities includes:
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
